If you’ve encountered an issue during the Garmin smartwatch pairing or synchronization process, please follow these instructions to try resolving it:
- If the Garmin pairing couldn’t complete or the app continuously shows a “Synchronizing…” message without completing the process, please try to close the app. Then, eliminate it from the opened apps in your phone and access it again. Check the video below for higher explanation.
Once the app is opened, check in the HumanITcare app settings if the Garmin device appears as paired or not. If not, try the pairing process again and check that the synchronization process is advancing until it reaches 100%.
